This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which GL Funnel (“we” or “us”) collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“you” or “users”) of our lead management mobile application (the “App”). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by GL Funnel.

We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users download our App, register on the App, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App.

We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain App-related activities.

We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the rights to Call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.

We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our App. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer or mobile device, and technical information about users’ means of connection to our App, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider utilized and other similar information.

Facebook Integration Usage

Webhooks (GL Funnel) allows businesses to connect their Facebook accounts in order to synchronize leads generated from Facebook Lead Ads into our CRM platform.

When a user authorizes Facebook access, we retrieve information such as the Facebook Pages they manage and the lead data submitted by people through Lead Ad forms associated with those Pages. This may include details like name, email address, phone number, and answers provided in the form.

We use this information solely to provide our CRM services, which include:

Displaying leads inside the Webhooks (GL Funnel) dashboard

Helping businesses contact people who requested more information

Managing and tracking lead follow-ups and sales activities

Webhooks (GL Funnel) only accesses data that the user explicitly authorizes and only on behalf of that business. We do not post content to Facebook, modify Page settings, or access personal data beyond what is required to deliver lead synchronization services.

How We Use Collected Information

GL Funnel may collect and use users’ personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalize user experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our users as a group use the services and resources provided on our App.

If you choose to connect your Facebook account to Webhooks (GL Funnel), we may collect information provided by Facebook, including:

- Lead data submitted through your Facebook Lead Ad forms (such as name, email, phone number, and custom responses)

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Facebook lead data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to our customers or as required by law.

Customers may delete lead data directly from their Webhooks (GL Funnel) account at any time.

Your Choices and Rights

You may revoke Webhooks (GL Funnel)’s access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook settings or by disconnecting the integration within our platform.

How We Protect Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our App.

We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
